About The Space Between
Seven interactive attention exercises and narrated open-attention meditations inspired by Les Fehmi’s Open Focus method.
What you need
A modern browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. The interactive practices need JavaScript. No account or payment is required.
Choose any practice, in any order. There are no scores or streaks to keep up with. A meditation bookmark can help you resume a partly played session on the same browser.
How to read the evidence
Research about a technique is not the same as a clinical trial of this product. These tools do not measure a diagnosis or promise a particular result. Descriptions of a practice explain what to try, not what your brain or body must do.
The Space Between does not measure EEG or establish alpha synchrony from your interaction. It is an independent project after Les Fehmi’s Open Focus method. “Open Focus” is a trademark of its owners; this project is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
